Boasting a vast portfolio of over 220 living spaces, we specialise in offering temporary and Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) accommodations to homeless individuals, rough sleepers, couples, families and more to over 15 different councils.

 

At KBRE, we recognise the importance of stable housing in rebuilding lives. We collaborate closely with local councils to provide essential support and a nurturing environment for vulnerable populations, fostering a sense of belonging and enabling them to embark on a journey towards stability and independence.

 

We go above and beyond to make it as easy and swift as possible for councils and clients to book accommodation as we understand the urgency in some situations. We also provide additional services such as care packages, security checks and welfare checks to give housing officers peace of mind when we have more vulnerable clients.

 

Our mission goes beyond merely providing shelter; we strive to create an environment where individuals, couples and families can rebuild their confidence and find their way back onto their feet in society. We have a range of living spaces to cater to different peoples needs such as our women and children only units which are great for victims of domestic violence or our family building which boasts it’s own playground which features exceptional facilities for children.
